El Campario del Parasio
We were approached by Christopher and Mo to look after the cleaning and maintenance of their new property near Estepona. Christopher arrived in Malaga with a view to furnishing a semi furnished property and after getting the keys he found that some of the furniture either was missing or was not up to a rentable standard. He asked us for help. We provided transport and lots of local advice on where to buy and what worked for a rental property. A full on refit was needed and I can honestly say it was worth it. We provided:
Transport for trips to various shops
Painted one wall
Wired up plug sockets
Put together flat packs and shelving units
Un packed boxes of various linen with numerous back up sets a rental property needs
They were doing a photoshoot to sell the property so we got involved in dressing the set, as you can see the wow factor is really there.
